The staff are very nice, professional & a good sense of humor! The staff are very helpful - from the cleaning staff to the front desk. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was easy to get to! The front end of the hotel is pretty & very pleasant

Location was perfect. Not too far from the city. Off site food choices close by, but food here is great! Breakfast was the bomb! Pool was heated and super fun! Plenty of parking.

Like everything about the hotel. The location was wonderful but more so the interior was absolutely beautiful! Also being able to have different types of breakfast downstairs in the lobby was so easy! Staff for the restaurant area was absolutely wonderful. Coffee & fruit water in lobby, appreciated. Starbucks close by !

Friendly staff, nice pool & hot tub. Everything was in working order. Loved the mattress & bedding. Good shower head & plenty of hot water. Nice landscaping in outdoor areas. No time for breakfast but looked & smelled delicious. Overall, this is a great hotel & we look forward to returning again the next time we visit Avondale.

First of all, I reserved a suite to accommodate myself, daughter and granddaughter. I found out I had Covid on the day of travel. Of course, I had to cancel the trip. It was a special time to see my grandson graduate from UTI as an auto technician. I called the hotel and spoke with Kelly, she was exceptionally helpful. Since the suite was prepaid, she checked me into the room even though I couldn’t be there and allowed my daughter and granddaughter to get into the room when they arrived the next day. I’m so appreciative of her help and excellent customer service. They enjoyed their stay and the room was perfect for their needs.
